Over the course of your health journey, you’ve come across many fad diets and ‘get-thin-quick’ schemes that have knocked more weight off your wallet than your body. You’ve had very low energy and motivation and have realised that protein shakes and juice cleanses can only do so much. Or, perhaps you’re an athlete or sporting professional, looking to take your performance to the next level – either way, AME Nutrition was created just for you.

Founded in 2018 by Clinical Nutritionist Ahmed Eideh, AME Nutrition has always had one goal in mind – to empower individuals to understand just how good their bodies are designed to feel when they are fueled correctly. Unlike the diets you’ve tried in the past, AME Nutrition’s fundamental principal is that there is no one-correct way to fuel a body. Our team understands and appreciates that the human body and brain are far too complex, unique and diverse to abide by a one-size-fits-all approach. Through this philosophy, we’ve been able to successfully touch and transform the lives of so many, including professional and state level athletes, schooling institutions, and everyday hard- working individuals.

AHMED EIDEH

Hello, my name is Ahmed Eideh, and I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with 5+ years of practical experience in the field of nutritional medicine and sports nutrition. I am also a teacher of certificates 3 & 4 in fitness at TAFE NSW, as well as the College of Sport and Fitness. I serve as the Performance Nutritionist at the world-renowned Woodford Sport Science and Consulting and at The Club Physio in NSW.

For years, I have worked closely with many clients and athletes to meet their desired health goals and needs by providing them with a personalized, holistic, and integrated counselling approach to nutritional health.

As a Clinical Nutritionist and Teacher, I place a strong emphasis on education and understanding of the human body and human diet. My primary aim is to provide high-level knowledge in a simple and easy-to-understand form to inspire and motivate individuals to retake control of their health and thrive.

As an athlete myself, I am especially passionate about the ways nutrition can elevate an individual’s performance in their respective sport. I have witnessed first-hand how often the most simple nutritional adjustments can result in a newfound appreciation for the human body and the marvellous ways it can serve athletes on the field, in the ring, or in the pool when fuelled correctly.

My passion to transform people’s lives through nutrition also extends to non-sporting individuals, many of whom seek me out initially to reclaim control over their diets, only to observe the positive effects these changes inevitably have on their relationships and lives. I have helped empower hundreds of every day, hardworking men and women make simple but necessary changes to their nutritional health, and it is their commitment to bettering themselves which continues to fuel my passion for this industry.

In my line of work, I integrate current scientific research with each individual’s unique data to devise realistic, sustainable and meaningful personalised nutrition interventions. In doing so, I have been able to assist and empower my clients to obtain long-term results while improving their overall health and wellbeing.
